A serious part of the problem is our leaders not trusting scientists and then sharing their views. But another part of the problem exists on the other side of the coin. The lack of an official declaration of a climate emergency has slowed down any real change as much as Trump's ignorance, if not more. It's frustrating that neither side is doing everything they could.
