Actually, that's too broad. Killing someone while a police officer is a tough situation. The public doesn't have a clear understanding in the situations. Until we have been thru use of force training, and lived those situations, there's no way to grasp them. A year ago I was in one, and would have been legally, criminally, morally, and every other standard there is, justified to shoot and kill the guy. Sadly, had I, the race issue would have come into play even though he was an armed aggressor with a handgun. The public needs to understand that regardless of skin, sometimes it's justifiable. So no, it's not easier by saying killing instead of murdering.
