Illinois is a historic state and will likely continue to be one. Now, however, with all the negatives and very few positives that the state has to offer and amidst record population loss, state leaders have seen fit to make it the most horrific state in the entire country. People have to make decisions that are in their best interests. What’s in the best interest of their futures, their well-being, and achieving their dreams? The answers are different for everyone. While it’s not unusual for people to move about in an almost nomadic fashion, the last thing a governor or state legislature should want to see is their names at the top of the list of the most left states.
