I hadn't kept up on the story. I didn't know they appealed. It's hard to call either of them as winners in this, but Johnny came out looking better than Amber and her career is probably going to take the biggest hit. She might be the bigger loser in the story. Just my opinion after watching some of the trial and testimony. Go Johnny for using the money for charity. I did believe he wanted his reputation back more than anything.
