I support peaceful protesting. That said, it does sometimes cross the line into interfering with others liberties. Protesters the last few years have not done any favors to the peaceful protest. Blocking roads people use to go to work is interfering with average peoples lives. Same can be said for this incident. If kavanaugh was the only one in there, or even if it were just a bunch from the Supreme Court, I wouldn’t see an issue. But, there are other people in there just trying to eat in peace. That I think is worthy of looking at when it comes to protests. I wasn’t a fan of roe being overturned, but in reality it wasn’t a law that was constitutional. It needs to be coded into law, then the same amendments will protect it and the issue be solved correctly. SCOTUS was never supposed to make laws. People forgot that.
