I'll concede he shouldn't have been there and even if it were legal I question why he had the rifle. It was a really huge case of lack of common sense. However, after watching the trial, and seeing the facts, the two people that didn't survive should serve as a lesson to others. Don't attack or assault morons with guns. The verdict was by no means a surprise to me after watching the trial, listening to the witness testimonies, and seeing the videos shown in the trial. Perhaps if they hadn't rushed to charge without a thorough investigation into the facts, they would have charged him appropriately and he'd at least be a felon who can't run around with a gun because it looked "Cool".
