Illumination is popular but you’ve got to be an expert to get accepted. It’s definitely not for someone that doesn’t have a gift or two to work with. New Writers welcome won’t take submissions unless they’re drafts. Not everyone has figured out how to submit in draft form. I know I haven’t.
