We’ve known for a while that Dave Bautista would be departing the MCU, leaving behind the behemoth character of Drax the Destroyer. He simply doesn’t want that to be his legacy in Hollywood and considering he’s a wrestler turned actor, he’s done far more colorful and believable characters than even Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Now, James Gunn is talking about the future of the DC Universe after leaving behind the MCU. With many more movies to come, including Guardians of the Galaxy 3, he may have inadvertently told us what to expect.
