Jeff was camping when he heard the sirens from the city. Something was very wrong. He tuned his radio and the announcement warned citizens of Hart’s Bay to seek shelter. An asteroid was headed toward the city.

“Boom!”

He heard something exploding in the sky overhead. Crawling out of his tent, Jeff could see it wasn’t the city that was at risk. He hurried to a nearby cave with only seconds to spare.

When he came out, the woods were on fire. Something was moving, crawling from the crash. He walked anxiously closer to the smoldering scene. In his last moment, he saw her face, and Jeff stared into the eyes of the devil knowing it was his last night in Samira.
