Please share what careers or jobs, or even what part of the country that is in. I have worked with people of all different races, and there was simply no evidence of this. I'm very familiar with several different careers and how they pay, and it's not happening there. After years of hearing these kind of claims it would be nice to hear which careers these pay gaps still exist in. Please don't use Hollywood as an example. Pay gaps there are hard for the people in Hollywood to understand, much less the rest the world.
