So far, to my knowledge, there haven't been any accounts of objective evidence. It's all in what one believes and one doesn't. Do I think that in 70 plus years aliens might have taken humans and studied them, I'm not sure. But, if I were a visiting species with that degree of technology, I'd likely consider studying the indigenous population of the planet.
