So, I guess my question is still, of any group out there shows favoritism based on skin color or gender, is it not a form of discrimination? I honestly believe until all of us are disgusted by discrimination it's never going to end. But, as there are US laws that prohibit discrimination, I can see where the fund might have a problem.
