Gas prices shot up $.36 today. What a way to start the week. Economic woes have been the hallmark of the last four years, much of which started with the pandemic and then got worse after Joe Biden won the election. People will be quick to say “Joe Biden has nothing to do with this.” Is that true? Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But, gas was, according to CNN Fact Checkers, $2.39 a gallon.
Whether Joe Biden has anything to do with inflation being up 20% or not is a subject of debate between political pundits, die-hard democrats, and people willing to accept facts. The fact of the matter is that Joe Biden has been president since 2001. In that time, inflation has reached heights not seen since the 80s.
