There's no guarantees to losing bellyfat. I went through a rigorous diet and exercise plan for six months. Ws far more fit but didn't drop belly fat. It's been my one problem area and have gone on programs, different diets, and workout plans that lasted as long as a year before having to switch it up and try something else. After 20 years of trying and doctors (so called professionals) telling me it is possible, had to resign to it not being possible. It's a good article but really standard advice about eating right and exercise.
