Will you ever come out

Come out and play

What’s this life all about

We’re only waiting to see how it all plays out someday

Are you there, a passerby on the street

Hidden from the future, guarded by fate

Do circumstances keep you from seeing all the people you meet

Is your future waiting on the wrong side of the gate

Have you already come and crossed paths with your tomorrow

Brushing up against your future joy

We’re you too afraid of feeling more sorrow

Never realizing what you risked being so coy

Open your eyes and see what you might find

Something new and wonderful awaits

Or maybe open up to someone that was kind

And realize that they were put there by the mystical fates

Live and laugh all the way to the end

Don’t do it with closed eyes or alone

Someone out there wants to be with you going around life’s bend

There’s a heart out there that you can call home

Forever comes with no guarantees
