BTW, the Filipino cooking style with coconut milk or cream is called Ginataang. For instance, Ginataang gulay is a wonderful dish with shrimp, pork tenderloin, kalabasa (squash), sitaw (string beans), and coconut cream. Gulay is Filipino for vegetables.
