Was Bad Boys: Ride or Die The First Real Hit Of The Summer Season Or Did It Miss Its Mark

After being released, was Bad Boys Ride or Die worth seeing? Let’s take a look at Will Smith and Martin Lawrence’s return to the series.

Summer’s here and it’s time for the box office hits of the summer, if there’s such a thing anymore. Surely, you can’t go wrong with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reuniting as Miami Detectives Lowrey and Burnett. So, was it worth seeing? I’m going to try my best not to spoil too much.

When we last saw the favorite Miami heroes, they’d just finished up business with the witch that Mike “f’d” without a a condom. The son Mike didn’t know he had was in custody, in part for attempting to murder his father, and the gang was all gathered around for Mike’s first time babysitting.

Fast forward, to Mike’s getting married to his physical therapist. Marcus takes a trip to the other side, where he learns some things from Captain Howard, and there’s a storm coming. This is all in the first fifteen minutes of the movie, which should tell you that they’ve kept the working formula from past outings.

When Mike and Marcus find out that Armando can identify the man who’s smeared their beloved former captain’s name, they arrange a transfer to a more…
