What a beautiful idea. I remember a lieutenant once telling me "not everyone knows what you know, J-dog." My brain said, "and you're the lieutenant!" But, my mouth said, "That's not my fault you can't hire good help." Bosses and leaders should keep up with their people, otherwise there's issues.
