Why exactly is this a need. Women football coaches isn't a need. It seems more like a want for those pushing inclusion. Has anyone ever asked if women even want to be head football coaches. Sure, open the doorway or pathway toward that if they want, but if there aren't a lot of women head football coaches, then how is including them in the NFL a need, and from what I'm seeing there just isn't that many women football coaches.

Perhaps they're more content being fighter pilots, astronauts, MMA fighters, Pro Wrestlers, Doctors, ,Lawyers, Movie Stars, CEOS, Politicians, and so much more than NFL coaches.
