With The Lack Of A Climate Emergency Declaration In The Hellish Landscape That We Now Live Has Joe Biden Proven He Doesn’t Give A Shit About Climate Change

The sure cowardice of the United State’s leadership is on full display as Congress continues to play politics and the Whitehouse fails to use the full power of the Presidency to declare a climate emergency. When faced with Hellscapes, we’re stuck with cowardly lions leading the pack.

Declaring a national climate emergency would give President Biden power to unleash actions to reign in the production of greenhouse gases, such as banning exports of U.S. crude, bringing an end to offshore drilling, and opening up the production of electric vehicles. Along with expanding reforestation efforts in areas where mass deforestation and wildfires have decimated wilderness areas, leaving the Earth charred, these are arguably the most important things that can be done to protect the very planet on which we live. Yet, despite his party’s urgings, the urgings of climatologists, and the over 30 other countries that have declared a full climate emergency, Joe Biden didn’t have the courage to act.
